What do you call a healthy snack for grown-ups who are health aware but not health obsessed?
Working with Smith’s Snackfoods Australia and a partner company through their NPD process, thINK developed the brand for this cheeky range of snacks.
Rather than the usual “wholemeal” looking design of natural colours and images to evoke health cues, we chose a more light hearted approach.
To communicate Cheeky Monkey as a different kind of snack, we needed a design that stood out amongst the healthy snack category, yet wouldn’t alienate.
Our design approach required a different take on healthy snacks – light hearted actually. After all, looking after your health needn’t be boring.
